We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on our shared hosting/reseller hosting and free website setup services (unless otherwise specified). This means cancellation within the first [30] days from Service Start Date may qualify for a full refund of the hosting setup fee and first term hosting fee.
Services such as domain registrations/renewals, domain transfers, SSL certificates, specialised add-ons, custom development services, and renewals are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are not available if your account has been suspended or terminated for cause (for example, breach of Acceptable Use Policy).

To request a refund, send a cancellation request via our support ticket system or billing email prior to the end of the guarantee period.
Include your account details and Service Start Date.
Once approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method (or, if not possible, as an account credit) within [ up to 30 ] days.

If the Service includes a free domain registration as part of a promotion, the domain registration cost will be deducted from any refund, as per industry precedent.
Setup fees, add-ons, and usage or overage charges are not refundable.

Fees paid for Service renewals are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Transferred domain names, domain renewals, and fees related to third-party registrars cannot be refunded.

Upon cancellation and any applicable refund, the Service will be terminated and any data held by us may be deleted after notice. You are responsible for backing up your data.
Refund eligibility ends once the Service has been terminated or past the guarantee period, or if suspended/terminated for cause.

The money-back guarantee is applicable only to the customer’s first purchase of the Service type. Repeat purchases or upgrades may not qualify unless stated.
